Got a problem Buying Rings from dshop

Hello its me Zeus from ingame. I wanted to buy some rings for my mage i already bought some from dshop but now i cant buy them and they are all normal when i want to buy them it says to me : There is not enough space in your inventory but i got enought space lol and on the chat window its says data error please help me want fucking +3 rings..
